Finally, clinics that use Shepherd can join the cool club. This month, we wrapped up our full read-and-write-back integration with Shepherd. Limited ImproMed Integration

As mentioned above, November 2023 has been a big month for integrations. We're also proud to announce that we have a preliminary integration with ImproMed.

Cleaner UI in the Notification Center

With our new UI in the notifications system, it is now even easier to create and customize notifications.

Basic Loyalty Program

Want to give pet owners another reason to keep coming back to your practice? Now you can with the 1st version of our Loyalty Program. While most of the functionality is manual, you can better retain your clients with our loyalty program feature!

Prescription Based Notifications

Besides being easier to use, our notification center has gotten more functionality this November! You are now able to customize and send notifications to clients based on what prescriptions specific pets have.

New medicine you'd like to roll out to specific clients? Want to remind clients when they're running low or need to refill medication? All of these are now possible in the Chckup notification system!

Appointment Specific Confirmations

Before November 2023, Chckup only offered one catch-all appointment confirmation reminder that you can customize.

Now, you can customize and create as many different confirmation flows as you'd like. Want your annual appointments to have different confirmation settings than dental appointments, now you can with our updated confirmations!

Appointment Rescheduling

Whether you are asking a client to reschedule or they need to reschedule their appointment on their own, all of these scenarios are possible now with Chckup!

And of course, we made more bug fixes this November.
