Thank you again to our development team for all of your hard work and thank you to the clinics that consistently share feedback with us. Feedback is how we make Chckup a better product that brings more value to veterinary practices everywhere.

Below are the following product releases Chckup made in 2023.

1. URL-based widgets

Before this, the only way pet owners could schedule with your practice was from your practice's website or any site they controlled.

Now you can generate a link to your widget and post it to your practice's Facebook page, Google Business Profile, Instagram, or any other place that you want pet owners to easily and instantly book an appointment with your practice.

2. Pre-filled appointment requests for clinics to send to clients

No longer does a veterinary practice have to cancel an appointment and require pet owners to book a new appointment.

Practices can now send clients the same appointment and request that they pick a new time. This allows the existing appointment with all of the notes and information to move within the practice management system to the new time slot without needing to delete and create a new appointment.

3. Ability to select primary color for your clinic to be used in emails

Before, we defaulted all email communication through Chckup with your logo and the Chckup green as the theme.

Now, clinics can easily customize the theme of their email communication by choosing a unique color scheme that aligns with their brand identity to enhance engagement and recognition among patients.

4. Added "Data Sync" page to dashboard

Having Chckup up to date is crucial to making sure your practice operates smoothly. Now you can see all insights into how up-to-date Chckup is synced with your practice management system directly in the dashboard under the "Data Sync" tab.

5. Downloading customer segments

With the July 2023 release, clinics can now export customer lists as a CSV for other uses like special targeting for marketing campaigns.

6. Added default notifications for clinics

Clinics can now customize specific notifications whether they are reminders or for follow up.

7. Added buttons to navigate to chat from appointments

The Chckup workflow is now easier than ever. From the appointments tab, you are able to navigate directly to messaging with a pet owner from specific appointments.

And of course, we made lots and lots and lots of bug fixes this July.
