Your insights play a crucial role in shaping Chckup into a product that truly adds value to veterinary practices everywhere.

Below are the following product releases Chckup made in August 2023.

1. Reviews

Now, you are able to automate the review collection for your veterinary practice.

If you turn on reviews with Chckup, every client who completes their appointment will get an email asking to leave a review for your practice.

You can collect more reviews for your Google Business Page, Facebook Page, & private reviews.

We know that some people might not want to publicly leave reviews, but they'd still like to provide feedback on your practice. Now, they can privately offer feedback without having to worry about review gatting (which violates Google's Terms of Service).

While these are currently not customizable and only available through email, we are currently working to make these notifications customizable & eligible to send via text.

2. Covetrus Pulse / eVetPractice Integration

Finally, clinics that use Covetrus Pulse/eVetPractice can join the cool club. This month, we wrapped up our full read-and-write-back integration with Covetrus Pulse/eVetPractice. So now all those practices that use this PIMS and have wanted to use Chckup for their veterinary practice, can now do so. 3. Customizable Sender for Email Notifications

Before, all email notifications that were sent came from the Chckup email account. Now, practices are able to change the sender email address for all clinic notifications (like sending emails from your practice's email address).

And of course, we made more bug fixes this August.
