Hi everyone, very sorry I missed the February update. Things have been crazy on our end (in a good way).
Below is everything we released in February & March 2025!

As our feature set has grown, our dashboard's complexity has proportionally grown.
Because of this, we are making strides to reorganize, consolidate, and generally clean up the dashboard to be easier to use. While we continue to refine our UI, we made our first major push in this direction to make the platform easier to use for all practices.
Many pet owners are used to replying "C to Confirm" their appointments from other software or industries.
While the Chckvet confirmation URLs still provide more functionality for the pet parent to cancel or reschedule, if a client responds to a confirmation SMS message with "C", we will update the status of that appointment to the "Confirmed" status.
If you happen to only use the planning guide to run your schedule, we've got you covered.
Our scheduling system now works for practices that ONLY use the planning guide and nothing else. Calling all ezyVet practices that operate this way - we'd love to work with you!
We understand that having flexibility & customization is key to operating your vet practice in a way that works for you. Our newest update medical service reminders helps address exactly that.
We now have the ability to group reminders across a period of time into one reminder.
Any reminders that would be sent over your specified period of time are now grouped into a single reminder for the pet parent.
Now you are able to offer your clients an even better experience when interacting with your practice, all while driving compliance.
The moment is here if you use AVImark, Cornerstone, or ImproMed.
If you utilize Chckvet for pre-appointment payments/deposits, you now have the ability for those payments that are collected to automatically be written into the client file in your PIMS.
This is a huge timesaver in your day and will allow you to get back to providing the quality care that you desire. Coming to all other PIMS soon!
