I want to give another thank you to our incredible development team for their continued work to making Chckup a better platform. I also want to thank the clinics that continually share their feedback. Your insights play a critical role in shaping Chckup into a product that truly adds value to veterinary practices everywhere.

Below are the following product releases Chckup made in September 2023.

1. Notifications by Appointment Type

Previously you were limited in the notifications center to one type of appointment. Now, you are able to customize your reminders to fit the different types of appointments (wellness being different than dental, etc.)

2. Scheduling Rules by Provider

You used to have all doctors default to whatever length of time a service was set to. Now, you are able to customize the length of time that a specific appointment takes by doctor. (A more experienced doctor might have a shorter time block than a younger doctor does)

3. Skip to Next Available Times

Calling all those busy practices out there! If your practice's schedule is booked up, we've improved the experience for your clients when scheduling.

The booking widget now gives clients the ability to skip to the next available time instead of making them click through day by day.

4. Increase in Customization for Notifications

This month we have widely expanded what is possible in the notifications center. You are now able to get more specific with more customization for the notification center.

5. Notification Center UI Overhaul

Besides expanding the capabilities of what is possible with the Notification Center, we improved the User Interface to make things easier to use and change for your practice.

And of course, we made more bug fixes this September.
