Patient's Reminders Are Visible in the Pet Portal

We wanted to up the usefulness of health records in our pet portal, so we also added the reminders associated with a pet in our pet portal.

That way, if someone opts out of communication with your practice, misses their reminders, or is just looking at their pet portal, they can see all the reminders that their pet has and the due dates associated with them.

Organizational Chat Widget

For those with more than one location, you know that you can have 1 booking widget with all your locations on it.

Now you can use one chat widget for all your locations! From one easy-to-navigate widget, clients can now land on your site, pick their preferred location, and book appointments, request refills, or chat with the practice.

Custom CTAs for Floating Widgets

For those of you who want to use our Floating Widgets, you can now customize the pop-up text that appears on floating widgets.

And of course, we made more bug fixes this month.
