Below are the following product releases Chckup made in October 2023.
No longer do you have to be overwhelmed by the lengthy list of messages you receive from your clients.
Now you can filter all the messages your practice receives by:
Read or unread
Status (High, medium, low priority, etc.)
Certain Order (Last Message Time vs. Clinic Unread Count)
Your staff is very busy. We get it. They encounter so many clients and even more pets every single day.
Now, instead of trying to remember what specific pet you were discussing with a client, you can filter through your conversations with clients based on specific pets.
You are now able to get more detailed when customizing & personalizing the notifications that you send to clients. This primarily includes adding more info related to a client's specific appointment.
If clients think they aren't getting spammed with generic & automated messages from your practice they are more likely to engage with your practice.
Chckup is all about improving the experience not just for our paying customers, but for everyone who encounters our product.
Instead of having pet owners click through every single day to see if you have available times on our booking widgets, there's now a button that appears that brings pet owners to your next available times.
While Chckup still does not support review-gating, we now alert practices any time someone leaves less than a 5-star review for your practice.
This way, you can stay compliant with Google, Facebook, etc. and still get ahead of the issue and address it as soon as possible.
