And here we are. we've made it to the end of the year. 21 days left. While we're doing our best to balance making the most of it and spending time with family & friends, we still managed to release some cool stuff in November 2024.

Now you are able to build client segments and reminders way faster than before with the duplication functionality. No longer do you need to work so hard just to create custom cadences for reminders.
Now you can get a better understanding of how well your reminders perform with unique open tracker. Don't just track how many times a reminder or message was open, but the unique number of clients that opened them.
You can now customize client segments with more patient info. This means you can make your messages even more targeted based on characteristics like Patient Birthday, gender, Spay/Neutered Status, and Species.
You can now customize a service to include a pickup time. You can set a pick up time for services and all appointment info will show the drop-off and pick up time instead of appointment start and end time (to avoid confusing clients).
For the longest time, we had the big Wellness or Sick Buttons that start off our booking process. While the idea was great, it needed an upgrade. Now you can customize the service categories that you use to reflect what makes your practice unique. Change the service category title, icon, sub-text, and if the service should suggest calling or not.
