Happy June everyone! Below are all the updates we released for Chckup in May 2024!
It's finally here! We have version 1 of Bulk Messaging out now! You are now able to send one-off messages to certain client segments.
So whether you're sharing a monthly newsletter, a promo, or just want to let your clients know that you're open/closed, you can now do so with Chckup.
We understand that every practice is different. Everyone checks messages at different intervals.
Now you can set up an auto-responder for any time someone messages your practice, so nothing will slip through the cracks. Whether it's just to remind clients of how often you check messages or that you don't respond after hours, you don't have to leave clients guessing what their next interaction with your practice will look like!
Calling all our Urgent Care & Emergency Clinics! We've now offered a faster/tailored booking widget just for you! We've altered our widget to make it easier for your clients to book in a way that's more tailored to urgent care & emergency practices! If you're interested in utilizing this, let us know and we can help you set it up.
If you go to the customization tab under Booking, you can now customize your clinic's widget/dashboard/pet portal to match even more of the feel and brand of your practice. You can now add accent colors & customize text to show more of what makes your practice unique!
Apologies for taking this long to get this out, but it's out. No longer do you need to use another 3rd party system to send out Medical Reminders on top of Chckup.
Now, you can remind clients of upcoming treatments based on the current workflows you use in your PIMS. And because the Chckup platform works so well together, your clients can receive text & email reminders about upcoming treatment and book an appointment with your practice directly from that reminder.
Gone are the days of worrying about clients entering the wrong info from what you have on file or trying to get a workaround on your system when booking an appointment online.
Now, we have the option for returning clients to be matched with the exact info in your system, to make sure you never get duplicate info or lose control of appointment bookings. Plus, this will improve the booking process for all involved parties.
After talking with some of you, certain appointment types don't always fall under wellness/sick visits. We've now added an Other button for you to filter other types of appointments.
With this May update, we have expanded customer/client segments yet again. This time, it includes the ability to create client segments based on client notes. This way you can keep track of certain groups of your clients and even message them.
We've been planning this when for quite some time, but now it's here. We've added Next Step Messaging for the Daily Huddle.
Take your actionable insights to the next level. See all the lists of clients that owe you money, would be great to fill open time slots, etc., and message them directly from the Daily Huddle.
This one is also something that a lot of you have been requesting. With Chckup, you can now offer a loyalty program to your clients! The loyalty program works just like credit card points. for every $ a client spends with you, it equals a point. You can then customize certain prizes for your clients based on how much they spend. Clients can easily redeem them as well.
For those who don't utilize this already, loyalty programs are great tools to drive retention in your practice!
