Happy July everyone! It's crazy to think that we're now in the back half of 2024. Below are all the updates we released for Chckup in June 2024!
You no longer need to worry about a client getting spammed with a bunch of texts/emails every time one of their pets is due for treatment. We built better grouping so that you can customize when to group & when not to group reminders.
If a message is important, you can make it a standalone message, but if a patient is due for multiple services, you can opt to group them together so a client doesn't receive a flood of text messages from service reminders.
You are now able to customize or personalize what can go into the notes section of the PIMS when someone books an appointment. For example: if you want to collect previous vet clinic or make a note that a client is new, you can do so now.
We understand that when an appointment is marked as canceled, it isn't always visually shown in a way that's easy to see at first glance (I'm talking to you Pulse).
We added customization to Canceled Appointments so they don't fall through the cracks on your schedule.
Whenever a client cancels an appointment, you're now able to customize whether you want it to update the status to canceled, automatically move the appointment to a "Canceled" Clinician Column, or change the appointment type to "Canceled."
When you're in the Chckup dashboard looking at upcoming appointments, you can now easily see the client/patient notes that you have in your PIMS.
When you're in the Chckup dashboard looking at the homepage, we pull in the most recent messages that your practice received.
Now in our reporting section, you can track how many appointments were created at per day. This is a useful metric if you want to see how many appointments were booked a day by Chckup or not by Chckup.
For those using Chckup for payments, you are now able to reconcile/mark off whenever a payment has been entered into your PIMS.
If you want to get ahead for the next day, you can now see a breakdown of all clients coming in tomorrow and see which ones are confirmed or unconfirmed.
If you want to limit the number of services per doctor per day, you can now do so with scheduling rules.
Only want to see 2 wellness appointments for Dr. John & 3 Exotic Appointments for Dr. Jennifer per day, you can now do so with scheduling rules.
