Happy New Year everyone! What better way to kick off 2024 with product updates from December 2023!
Below are the releases Chckup made in December 2023.
If you love using our 2-way messaging, you'll love this update! You are now able to filter all conversations by Read vs. Unread, Status, Last Message Time, or Clinic Unread Count. The goal with this was to make it easier for you to stay on top of all the messages your practice receives.
Want only certain services to be seen by certain clientele? We've got you covered!
You can now add scheduling rules based on new or returning clients! This makes scheduling online even better for those practices that only want to offer certain services to returning clients or for those who charge a deposit for new clients!
Do you have multiple hospital locations with one place for digital location (Example: 4 locations. 1 website)?
We now have a multi-location widget that you can have for clients to easily book at any particular location that they would like.
Messaging Logs is a new feature we released to keep track of all notifications, reminders, and messages that are sent out from your practice through Chckup.
Want your whole practice using Chckup, but want to limit who can access what? Chckup users now have clinic user roles that you can assign. Currently, this includes Manager (Total Access) and Employee (access to features but not settings).
Each practice has its own preference as to how they operate. While not everyone will use this feature, you now have the ability to hide clinician preferences when clients are booking appointments.
