Hi everyone, I hope you had a great Labor Day Weekend! This is currently the last thing I'm doing before taking the day off for my birthday. I still cannot believe it's September already! Below I wanted to share with you all the updates we released for Chckup in August 2024!

Until recently, if you wanted to send reminders via both email & text, you had to create 2 different reminders entirely.
Now, you are able to just create one reminder and customize the messaging by delivery type.
We understand that you might have multiple people with multiple points of contact on a client/patient file.
Now, you can select which message the reminders go to.
For the entirety of Chckup, if you send a client a confirmation message, they also have the option to reschedule or cancel their appointment!
We now prohibit anyone from being able to reschedule an appointment that they could not book on Chckup (like surgical procedures). They are instead prompted to call the clinic.
Tired of repeating the same response to clients over and over again? You are now able to customize message templates when interacting with clients via chat.
After talking with a lot of partner clinics, we were beginning to confuse people with some of the metric tracking that we did.
This is now resolved with definitions in the Daily Huddle. Now you can see exactly what goes into each metric and how that compares to how your PIMS accounts for a metric.
