April was a very big month for Chckup! Below are all the big & exciting updates we released for Chckup in April 2024!

Reminder Tracking

Reminder Tracking

Reminders are a crucial aspect of running your practice. After all, it's 6x more expensive to acquire a new client than it is to retain an existing one. But how do you know if your reminders are even working?

With Chckup, you can now track the performance of the reminders you're sending out. You can track things like:

  • Open Rate

  • Click Through Rate (CTR)

  • Appointment Conversion Directly from the Reminder Call to Action

  • Direct & Indirect Bookings from a Specific Notification

Analytics are great, but not everyone loves diving deep into the numbers. After all, you have a practice to run. You just want a quick & easy way of seeing how you're doing. Enter Trends.

With Trends, you are able to see the metrics you care about visually represented in a digestible manner. Easily see are my appointments & revenue up. Are the number of new clients I see trending up or down?

Expanded Outstanding A/R in Daily Huddle

Overdue AR

The Daily Huddle now offers a better view into any outstanding A/R that your practice might have to help with collection.

Updated Portal Look & Feel

The pet portal that clients can access for a faster & better experience with your practice just got an updated look. These updates primarily are to make it look & feel more like your practice's pet portal than some 3rd party tool you're using.

Improve Breed Select on Booking Forms

We updated the breed select option to the Chckup booking flow for a better booking experience.

Optional Client Address on Booking Flow

For those practices looking to save more time with the client info request process, we now have an option for clients to fill out their address when booking their appointment. The address will automatically write into your PIMS.

Words of Caution: The more steps you add to your booking process, the higher your appointment dropoff will be.

Expanded Clinic Notifications

Before, you just received email notifications whenever someone books an appointment through Chckup.

Now, you can select multiple options for your practice to get alerted about.

If you check the chats/messages tab on the website, you can now see what medium messages were sent with and the timestamps for messages.

Overhauled Our Website

Not exactly a product update, but we recently re-did our website. If you know any practices that you believe will benefit from Chckup, please share our website with them. We have outlined how Chckup helps veterinary practices in a clearer way than before.

Overhauled Client Segment Builder

Whether you want to segment your clients out into categories for marketing or you want to send reminders via Chckup, everything goes through our Client Segment Builder.

We're aware that the Client Segment Builder was not user-friendly and very confusing. That's why we updated it to be a lot easier. You can now build out client segments in a faster way because of this upgrade.

Automatic Prioritization for Incoming Messages with AI

We know things can get crazy at your practice. Our entire goal with Chckup is to help make the lives of anyone working in a vet practice easier.

To help with this, Chckup now utilizes Artificial Intelligence to automatically rank/prioritize your practice's incoming messages based on how high or low the priority is.

That way you won't miss any urgent messages that come through because other clients are thanking you for your incredible service.

Upgraded Pre-Booking Deposits

We know how much of a pain no-shows are to a veterinary practice. Now you are able to cut down on them with pre-booking deposits.

When you add a deposit feature to a specific service, clients will have to now input their credit card before booking their appointment. This way, you don't entirely miss out on revenue from no-shows.

All you have to do is connect a Stripe Account & turn on the deposit feature and you're live with deposits!

And of course, we made more bug fixes this month.
