Hi everyone, very sorry if this was a little late, April was also one of my craziest travel months in a long time.

We’ve partnered with VetVerifi so your clinic can auto-fetch pet vaccine records for groomers, daycares, boarding facilities, and even apartments instantly and compliantly - so you don't have to.
No longer does your front desk staff have to stop what they're doing to send records to a client for them to take their pet to a pet-service business.
As long as your practice doesn't opt out, our partnership will automatically transfer records to a pet-service business without you needing to do a thing.

In April, we added an A.I. filter to automatically assign incoming messages to specific patients to make filtering through conversations both in our system and your PIMS easier and cleaner.
We merged the "Schedule" Tab and the "All Appointments" tab together in the dashboard with the ability to easily toggle between the two views.
We also added more filtering to make it easier to navigate through your practice's appointments.
We also added the ability to easily filter through and search through the messaging logs to make it easier to stay on top of inbound and outbound messages from our platform.
You can now receive an internal notification from our platform for completed forms. Now you don't have to worry about who is completing forms and when they are being completed.
I'm embarrassed to say that it took us this long to release this, but it's finally out.
You can now add links for other resources and have them appear directly in the pet portal.
The most common use case for this is your online pharmacy. Now that you have a pet portal for your clients to engage with your practice through, you want them to be able to do everything from there. Now you can add the link to your online pharmacy, and they can access it without ever leaving the portal.
You can now create your own custom clinic hours to display directly in the Pet Portal.
With your wonderful new online booking system, are you worried that clients can just reschedule or cancel appointments whenever they want?
Well, now you can add a buffer time that only allows them to either reschedule or cancel an appointment up to a specific time, or else they have to call.
Do you own more than 1 hospital?
Now you can not just group them together but can subgroup them into as many different groups as you would like within your organization!
