Reminder Previews

We know exactly how scary it is to switch to a new reminder system. That's why we went ahead and added reminder previews.

Now you are able to test a reminder in "Preview Mode" before going live. In preview mode you are able to set reminders up exactly how they will look when live, but they will only be triggered internally. This way, you can be sure that everything is set up correctly before sending live messages to clients.

Then, once you're ready to go live, you press 1 button to take it out of preview mode.

Adding Client Date of Birth to Widget

While more fields will always affect booking conversion rates, we understand this field can sometimes be important.

If you reside in a state with certain Controlled Substance laws, you might be required to collect the Date of Birth of new clients coming to the practice.

Now, you can collect that automatically on the booking widget when a new client books with your practice!

Fill Rate Overhaul + Drilldown

You've asked, and we've answered!

We've expanded our fill rate tracking making it more customizable and allowing for drill down into specifics. You can now customize which clinician columns you would like to include in the Fill Rate. You can then drill down and get an accurate understanding of the fill rate by clinician down to the minute.

Our fill rate also takes into account any existing block-offs or planning guides to ensure accuracy.

And of course, we made more bug fixes this month.
