2024 continues to fly by! It blows my mind that we're already in August. Below I wanna share with you all the exciting updates we released for Chckup in July 2024!

Just for added context, we are going to begin releasing features early in Beta before releasing them to the public. If you'd like to be a Beta Tester of new features, please reach out to someone on the team, and we will make sure you receive Beta access.

Chckup iOS App [Beta]

We're aware that a lot of you have been requesting this feature for a long time. While it is not publicly available in the App Store, we have decided to open up the beta for the mobile app version of the pet portal.

Give your clients an even better experience with your practice through the client portal. Now, directly from their iPhones, your clients can book appointments, chat with your practice, or view their pet's vaccination records faster than ever before AND without needing to create another account.

Vaccination Records in Pet Portal

As you can also see in the video above, pet owners can now automatically see their pets' vaccination records directly from the pet portal.

Data Chat [Beta]

Finally, one of the features we've been most excited to build and share with you all. Our Chief Technology Officer has been very excited to share this sneak peak with you.

Have you ever wished that you could talk to your data? Do you wish it was easier to create & run reports on your practice? How about making it stupidly simple to check data about your practice? Now you can with our Data Chat feature!

Just type whatever you are looking for into Data Chat, and we take care of the rest!

Forms v1 [Beta]

Tired of using a 3rd party for forms? Want to make it easier to send & collect forms for your practice? Now you can with Chckup's custom form builder feature.

Assign forms to certain services, block clients from confirming their appointments until they finish filling out a required form, and get notified about completed or outstanding forms all from within Chckup.

Campaigns [Beta]

Get a better understanding of the performance of certain campaigns that you run. Whether it is a holiday special or your regular campaigns, get a better understanding of how well they do directly in Chckup.

Add widgets, reminders, & bulk messages to a campaign and then track their performance (Opens vs. Conversions, etc.)

Email Bulk Messaging [Beta]

Similar to campaigns, but if you want to send a customized email blast to a group of clients in your PIMS, you can now do so in Chckup. Just create a list of whom you want to send a message to, create your message, and send it.

While it won't be this way forever, currently this is only available via email.

Automatic Timeout/Signout

This feature was added to meet HIPPA & other security compliance requirements. You can now turn on an automatic timeout/signout of Chckup due to inactivity.

Expanded Client Segment Filtering

We also continued to expand what you can segment or filter through client segments like sorting certain clients by their appointments by a specific doctor.

And of course, we made more bug fixes this month.
