You've asked for it, we've finally been able to deliver. Now, if you have the functionality enabled, you can have your digital forms in Chckvet written back to either the client or patient form (depending on the form).
This is currently only supported for the following PIMS:
ezyVet
ImproMed
AVImark
Cornerstone
Pulse/eVetPractice
Shepherd
Same situation as Forms. Now, if you have payments enabled with us, all payments collected through our platform will now be written back to your PIMS.

Before, we just had the Manager and Employee permissions sets. We understand that was frustrating if you wanted to make your user permissions as custom as the rest of our platform.
Now, you are able to customize what a user has access to.
While I'm surprised to admit this, this was one of our most requested features.
Now, you are able to create any number of individual and group chats with employees of your practice with Chckvet dashboard accounts.
Now that you've designed your beautiful email to send to your clients, don't you want to see what it will actually look like?
You can now send a test email to whatever email address you want so that you can see what emails that your clients recieve actually look like.
Want a better way to filter through conversations? Now, you can assign conversations to different users. You can then filter through conversations based on who they're assigned to.
Quick sending all the important links that your clients need just got a lot easier. Now, you can easily send widget links, forms, or other custom URLs that your practice uses regularly. No more needing to track down links just to reply to a client message.
Before, you were limited to 4 custom service categories to group your services/appointment types in for the scheduling widget. Now, you are able to create as many as you like.
