Chckup March 2024 Product Releases

Sorry everyone for the delay in getting this out, we've been heads down in product development for the past few months.

Below are the March 2024 feature releases that we made with Chckup.

Clients & Patient Matching with Action Items

Client Matching Action item

Congratulations! You're now a practice that's utilizing real-time online scheduling! There's only one problem. Your practice management system is now being flooded with duplicate clients or patients.

With Chckup, that is now a story of the past. Chckup now has client & patient matching that allows you to decide when clients & patients should be written into your system & how.

Before writing a patient or client into your PIMS, Chckup checks the pet owner's name, email, phone #, & pet name. If all of those match to a Client or Patient, we write it into your system. If none of those match, and you have new clients & patients allowed setting turned on, we assume it's a new client and write it in.

If for some reason, only parts of these match, we will still create the appointment, but not create a patient or client. We instead create an action item, like the one pictured above, and leave it up to your practice staff to decide whether to create the client or not.

For example: let's say a couple owns a pet, and the wife is normally the one who brings that pet in. If the husband goes to book an appointment, it will prompt an action item since everything but their first name matches. You can then associate that appointment with the correct client & it will automatically update the appointment in your PIMS with the correct patient & client.

Custom Reports

One of the most time-consuming things you can do for your practice is report building. After all, you just want to make the right decision and go back to work.

With Chckup's new practice reporting feature, you can create custom reports to access all of the data that's trapped in your PIMS.

This way, you can easily see how your practice is doing in real time.

Rich Text Editing for Services More Info

You now have more customizability for the more info section of services. You can change font styles, add links, or even require an acknowledgment checkbox to the more info section of a service.

Create "Trigger Words" For Appointment Scheduling

Chckup now has trigger words built into our scheduling that allow you to add an extra layer of caution to your online scheduling. If someone is booking an appointment with your practice and they set off a trigger word, it will prompt them to instead call your practice because the issue may be urgent.

We added a new style for how the widget looks on your website.

Client Segment Export as CSV

Our client segment tool, while not very pretty (we're working on that), is very powerful. You can segment out your clients into whatever grouping you'd like. Now, you can export client segments as CSVs for you to use in other marketing efforts (like client lookalike audiences of Meta).

Customizable Appointment Booked Message

Custom Your Appointment is Booked Message

You are now able to customize the message that a client receives immediately after they book their appointment.

Increased Optionality of Private Reviews

Before, if you wanted to collect reviews for your practice, private reviews were always an option. Now, you can choose to turn off private reviews if you'd prefer collecting reviews for other platforms (like Google)

And of course, we made more bug fixes this month.
